Meet selfcare ep. 4 : ending toxic relationships.
Toxic relationships do absolutely no good, instead they drain all your stamina and positivity. So don't let them get under your skin
If you know somebody who is being toxic to you, it's pretty much better to give up on them, whatever is their relation to you, and just cut the contact.
Might be difficult to consider at first but it could also change your life at an unexpected level ! If somebody is ruining your everydays then maybe you probably don't really need them that much, right ?
Be kind to yourself, you're having so much to deal with already.
